follow up (Daily / monthly) Achieving the goals.

3. Moving to new market place ( Big Decision).
4. Achieve the vision of Owner.
5. Study the competitors, And Care about the external resources and Internal Resources

We can Apply the strategic plan in our life for five years be set Objectives(Vision)  and converted these objectives into Goals and then measure the performance of achieving these goals Daily,Weekly and monthly (KPI : Key performance Indicators).

For Example, if  someone want to be professional web. Designer and plan 5 years to be top professional design.

Second Step

Study the programs Required ( monthly) and Evaluate himself Monthly

Third Step

Discuss with Web. Designers And listen to the knowledge and working with them as team to Gain the Experience.

Final Step:

Update the Knowledge, Software Require and courses to be up to date.
